Product designer / product manager for a Y Combinator backed startup, working closely with the founding team and engineers to create a new SaaS platform that that simplifies building, optimizing, and administering sales commission plans, while surfacing real time data to managers and sales reps to drive performance.
Currently, I am a senior product designer on the Core Platform team (Search & Browse) at Walmart Labs, where my projects have included a sitewide redesign of Walmart.com’s responsive ecommerce website and mobile applications, launched last year.

UX / product design lead for an open innovation platform that helps companies, governments, nonprofits, and universities crowdsource ideas, and make informed decisions on which ideas to move ahead with.
Responsible for all aspects of ux / product design at IdeaScale, wearing many hats. Led product and design team for a full featured social web application, working closely with development team in an agile environment. Collaborated with stakeholders, conceived of new features and solutions, managed product roadmap, worked to improve usability of existing features. Redesigned all front facing, as well as administrative functions of the application, including information architecture, interaction design, and visual design, migrating the app to a new modern, mobile responsive site. Also led project for the design of a native mobile application for iOS and android. Involved in rebranding efforts including design of IdeaScale's new brand logo.
Flitescout is a mobile app that makes it easy for busy time starved professionals to search and discover deals to flights to great travel destinations, while saving time and money booking air travel.
qsheets is a both a spreadsheet and a productivity app: it's the data app for everyday life. It reinvents the spreadsheet as a mobile first object that is fun, social, visual, and extremely useful, everywhere you go, in the palm of your hand, a way to store and organize all of the data in your life. Share and collaborate, and discuss with others. Discover, visualize, and collect cool "spreadsheet cards" containing visual charts of interesting data from the community and share with your friends.
Product design, brand concept and development, interaction design, prototyping, and all visual design assets for a location based iOS and Android mobile app which provides retailers with a way to reward customers for completing feedback surveys.

The iOS and android mobile app was created to offer IdeaScale customers with a way to browse ideas from their phones, submit ideas via text or camera, and have the option to view and compose ideas while in offline mode.
This makes ideation more accessible to community members who are rarely at their computers, and in countries where the internet is accessed primarily via mobile phones and phone reception is not ubiquitous.
I was presented with a design challenge to complete in a few days: introduce a new "consumable card type" feature in the popular mobile game, Clash Royale by Supercell. For my submission, I proposed a card type that worked with the existing UI patterns, seeking to introduce it in a way that complements existing game functions.

A photo captures a moment. A collage captures an experience. FIILTR is a photo collage app whose focus is on finding pictures from any photo service or social media, curating and composing as a collage, and sharing it back out to those channels.
Swapdeck is a web and mobile application that seeks to provide a platform for social exchanges by allowing users to build a deck of virual trading cards of objects, favors, social activites, browse others' decks, and propose trades. The idea behind the product is to reduce the friction in the barter economy and make bartering of everyday things a fun and social activity.
This project dashboard for a digital agency provides a central place where all members of the studio can monitor their projects, from a birds eye view, and drill down into a project to look at the current activity and project health data.
Our team conducted user research and usability testing on existing Hipiti website, provided UX recommendations on how to redesign the user signup flow, and encourage customization. We designed a prototype for a proposed redesign that integrated customization into the signup process.
